The rafts to Tom Sawyer Island are located in Frontierland,
across the road from Pirates of the Caribbean
and the Haunted Mansion.
To visit Tom Sawyer Island, you must first cross the Rivers of America, by catching a ride on one of the floating raft, piloted by an experienced river pilot.
The trip is worth the effort, because Tom Sawyer Island has mystery and adventure for everyone. But beware, for pirates have been known to hide-out in the caves and caverns, and may have even hidden their booty there.
